We specialize in IT Support and Assistance, in the Management and Administration of incidents with wide coverage throughout the country through our Network National Service Centers.

Coverage

Since 1997 our Service provides assistance and technical support throughout all the country

Initially, the requirements were for coverage in the provincial capitals, where the manufacturer Okidata had a park installed in the agencies and headquarters of the then DGI, today AFIP.

This Network arises from a deep analysis, where the technical requirements are evaluated on the one hand and the geographical coverage demanded by manufacturers and corporate clients, allowing multiply our technical and infrastructure capacity of the different service centers, directly business oriented.

It allows us to provide different types of services and support different requirements, from attention and support ON SITE in branches, corporate client offices, coverage of warranties, server care, facilities, maintenance, remote hand management, computer park migration, etc. in the different localities of the interior.

Each Authorized Service Center provides coverage in its territory, enhancing knowledge regarding the particular characteristics of each region.

The administration and management of incidents is monitored from the Megatech Management System. The Management model is the same applied for the entire organization, maintaining the same quality of care, monitoring and control where a further step in the coordination of the regional field support under the same standards and procedures.

The Authorized Service Centers have various capacities and skills; have been certified by manufacturers and assist in various specialties both in the corporate segment, as distributors and end users, having in all cases the certifications respective.
